Terms and Conditions
Purpose
The Hall, rooms, and Gym at Sachse Muslim Society (SMS) are sacred spaces intended for gathering, worship, and communal activities of our Muslim community. This usage policy is established to promote respect, safety, and the proper utilization of the facility in accordance with Islamic principles.
Reservation Process

All requests for the use of the Hall must be submitted in advance through the designated reservation system, including complete form submission and successful payment.

Priority for reservations will be given to community members for religious, educational, and cultural purposes. External organizations or individuals may be permitted to use the facility subject to approval by the administration.

Reservation requests must include the date, time, purpose of use, and estimated number of attendees.

The administrator reserves the right to approve or deny any reservation request based on availability, compatibility with the stated purpose, and adherence to this usage policy.

The recommended donation for the use of the Hall is $250, along with a $200 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after the post-event inspection, provided the rental space is left clean, in satisfactory condition, and all terms and conditions have been met.

The rental party is responsible for cleaning the Hall and returning all chairs and tables to their designated positions. The rental party must also properly dispose of all food-related items and trash.
Guidelines for Usage
1. Religious Observance
The Hall is primarily intended for Islamic religious activities, including daily prayers, Jumu‘ah prayers, lectures, Qur’anic recitation, and other religious gatherings. All activities conducted in the Hall must align with Islamic teachings and traditions.
2. Respectful Behavior
All users must conduct themselves with respect and courtesy toward others. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, inappropriate language, or improper conduct is strictly prohibited.
3. Modesty and Decorum
Proper Islamic attire and modest clothing are required for all individuals using the facility. Decorations and displays must be appropriate and in accordance with Islamic values.
Any form of music, dancing, or similar entertainment is strictly prohibited within the Hall.
Violations will result in immediate removal from the premises and may incur additional financial charges and penalties.
4. Cleanliness
All users are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the Hall. Food and drink are permitted only in designated areas. Proper disposal of waste and post-event cleanup is mandatory.
5. Non-Discrimination
The Hall welcomes individuals from all backgrounds. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
6. Security
Users are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. Any safety or security concerns must be reported to the administrator immediately.
7. Event Timing and Facility Closure

All events must conclude no later than 9:00 PM.

The facility, including cleanup and restoration, must be fully vacated by 10:00 PM sharp.

Failure to vacate by 10:00 PM will result in applicable financial penalties.
8. Financial Responsibility
Users may be required to pay fees covering maintenance, utilities, and other operational expenses. All payments must be made in accordance with administrative guidelines.
Enforcement and Compliance

Failure to comply with this usage policy may result in denial of future reservation requests or immediate removal from the premises.

The administration reserves the right to revoke or suspend facility privileges for individuals or organizations found in violation of this policy.

Any disputes or concerns regarding facility usage should be directed to the administrator for resolution.
Amendments and Updates
This policy may be amended or updated by the administration as needed. All users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
