Sunday Programs

Sunday Program

Sachse Muslim Society provides classes on Sundays for children ages 5 to 13 years. Our goal is to nurture a generation of enlightened and empowered individuals deeply rooted in Islamic values, who actively contribute to their communities and the world, embodying the teachings of Islam in their character and actions.

Sunday School is in session from August to May on Sundays from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Subjects include, but are not limited to: Islamic Studies (‘Aqeeda, Fiqh, Seerah, Akhlaq), Surah memorization with meaning/tafseer, Quran recitation with Tajweed, Salah, and gym time for student friendships.

SMS Sunday School is a unique and engaging program designed to help children learn and grow in their faith through interactive lessons, fun activities, and meaningful crafts. What sets us apart is our commitment to meeting each student where they are—our dedicated teachers and teaching assistants work one-on-one to support every child’s individual learning journey. Boys and girls attend separate classes to ensure a comfortable and focused learning environment tailored to their needs. Whether it’s through hands-on projects or personal connections, we strive to create a welcoming space where every child can explore their faith at their own pace.
